At Kilmodan, we aim to provide a school environment which is safe, engaging, nurturing and promotes individuality. We work in partnership with our local community and hold a community Tea Room at the end of each term, dates of these can be found in the calendar under ‘News’.
Our website provides information about our school and ELC however we have an open door policy and would happily arrange a visit to the school should you wish to do so.
Our school is situated in the heart of Glendaruel which has a range of outdoor learning opportunities. As a school we were very lucky to be granted money from Tesco Bags of Help and have recently built an Outdoor Classroom for the whole school. We also have access to a forest area which we use for Forest School each month.
Many of our pupils are members of local organisations e.g. Brownies/Girl Guides, Beavers/Cub Scouts and the school is actively involved with the local shinty club. We have a range of after school clubs and activities which run each day from 3.00-3.30pm, these are run by staff, parents and members of our local community.
